CHOCOLATE CAKE

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
  2. Cream butter and sugar gradually, alternately with the eggs.
  3. Add the dry ingredients and milk alternately ending with flour. Add chocolate after of dry ingredients and milk are already mixed. Then add flour and milk again, ending with flour.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. Bake in an oven at 350 deg F for 35 mins. Use a jelly roll pan, greased and lined with wax paper and greased again.

 

CHOCOLATE FROSTING

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour and sugar.
  2. Combine butter and egg yolks.
  3. Combine water, milk, and chocolate.
  4. Combine flour and sugar mixture with water, milk, and chocolate. When slightly thick, add egg yolk mixture.
  5. Cook until of spreading consistency.
